I agree with the other post that between the ages of 20-30 your attitude to relationships/life will change. If you want my advise move on. Yes it will hurt and you will be upset but guess what you will get over it, you always do and you will meet someone new.

Well done thats a brill loss, Im pretty much at my ideal weight wouldnt mind loosing a bit more but im going to concentrate on maintaining what im at now. Bread - Im slightly intolerant to wheat but love bread it so much i cant control myself when its in the house Biscuits - only weight watchers alowed Crisps- again i would eat a whole multi pack not just a packet Chololate - do i really need to explain LOL

I think basically you should eat what you want, just do it in moderation. If you fancy a greasy burger or a chocolate bar go for it and just compensate on something else. Just aslong as you keep your diet varied so you dont get bored.

My stomach goes like that, I have IBS and certain foods make me bloat like anything. Try cutting out wheat its helped me no end took about 3 -4 weeks of having no wheat at all, then you can add it back in. I'm a massive binge eater, I have to make sure nothing is in the house like biscuits or crisps or I will eat them all.
