TMI post regarding TOTM and Nexplanon birth control
I have the Nexplanon implant and am currently on week 4 (yes 4!) of my period. I am so sick of this! I feel like it could possibly be hindering my weight loss? I'm eating 1200 calories (using scale) and exercising 7 days a week (cardio and some weight training) and I'm barely losing 2 lbs/week. I know that 2lbs. is…

Any twins out there? My short term goal is 150lbs by the end of April, but long term, I want to get down to at least 125lbs.

Is weight loss slower when doing strength/weight training?
I'm doing both cardio and strength/ weight training and eating right in order to lose weight and get healthy. My weight loss has not happened as quickly as I thought it might in the beginning. How much cardio vs strength/weight training should I be doing?
I'm 4'11" and 174, so I'm considered obese. I'm currently trying to drop 2 lbs/week. Im eating around 1200 calories. Goal is to work out at least 3 times a week, but so far I've been able to…

Any short women (4'11"or close) just starting their journey?
I'm hoping to go from my current weight (176.6) to 150 by the end of April. My sister is having her wedding then and I don't want more pictures of me at this size. My highest (non-pregnancy) weight was 182. My ultimate goal will be to hit a healthy weight of 125, but I'm focusing on the 150 for now.

Any short women (4'11 or close) want to share their successes? Inspire me!
I'm just starting my journey to healthy eating. I've tried before with some success, but I've always bounced back. At my highest weight I was 182. Ugh. I'm currently weighing in at 176.6, and I have a goal of hitting 150 by late April 2016. My ultimate goal is to reach a weight of 125, but I want to take this one step at a…
