Best bodyweight routine for beginners?
I workout at home quite a bit and I was wondering what the best bodyweight routine is? Or any tips or tricks to working out at home? I do not have any equipment (yet) besides a stationary bike.

Workout buddy needed?
I am pretty new to MFP and also to weight training. I am a member at the chaska community center and would love to have a workout buddy who could help me get past my fears of the weight room and maybe teach me a few things too. I'm pretty upbeat and will to try anything, sometimes I just need some motivation
