You could start with body weight exercises. Such as push ups, lunges, squats, calf raises, sit ups. Or you could do yoga. There are lots of videos on YouTube you could try. I love games with a good story, bioshock, skyrim, fallout 3, borderlands, but my favorite right now is minecraft. My husband and I both game and are both couch potatoes but to while we game or watch tv, we use the stationary bike or the elliptical (more so the bike). I have been looking into stronglifts 5x5 and I am going to try it today. I am really nervous because I workout alone and I am not to familiar with the equipment. I did watch some videos.
