Ive been eating healthier lately, not the best, but I've been counting calories and watching my portions. Everything has been fine except my night time cravings... What do you put stevia on/in?
Ive had a preconceived notion that stevia was only for coffee and tea.... And from watching a lot of youtube videos for healthy recipes I see that some people put stevia on/in EVERYTHING. What do you use it for?
