I am 20 years old and need new friends of any age and weight to help inspire me. My goal is not necessarily to lose weight anymore but to bet into better shape and live a healthier lifestyle all together :)
Hi everyone!! I recently started the 30 day shred (Day two today) and I love it! But I also walk a lot and want to log that exercise as well! My problem is that I find that I am forcing myself to eat the extra calories that I have burned off. Is this healthy/right? Please let me know your opinions!! :) Thanks!
