I keep going over.......
I'm having a really hard time staying under calories...I seem to go over by 100 or 200 everyday...even when I work out... I was doing really well and lost 20 pounds...and ive been stuck for the last few months...Help!!! (Some days I go over by a lot more...but the majority is 100-200)

Soda. Diet or regular??
I am trying to not drink as much sugar substitutes so I switched to regular soda but I am only having one a day 12 oz. (if that) but I will still stay under my calories. Do you think this is ok?

I've lost 18 pounds!
I feel good! :) I don't know if these are the best pictures to show my weight loss but I am posting pics :) I started at 201 and now weigh 183! And I am no longer obese :) :) I love this site and am soo happy this is working for me :happy: :happy:
