I suggest after you eat your serving, chew a strong mint gum or eating altoids. Food doesnt taste as good with the mist taste in your mouth.

Thank you! You guys reminded me about when I was planning my meals ahead of time was helping a lot! For some reason, I stopped that. Thanks :) :) I think a big part of it is I feel so deprived when I don't eat what I want and I see other people enjoying it. I get frustrated.

You can do it :) Do it for yourself, not anyone else. Don't look for other people to notice your weight loss, because even if they do, they probably won't say anything because they are jealous :)

I would give my legs a rest. Try to be really strict today. Drink lots of water and eat low calorie foods. Lots of veggies!

My favorite breakfast is filling and really easy. I eat a tablespoon of natural peanut butter, a medium size banana & a glass of 1% milk. Soo good! If you have time it's really good to melt the peanut butter in a little bowl and dunk the banana. It makes it feel like a treat also :)
