2 pound gain in a day, but not fat gained? WTF?
Anyone have this happen? You are sticking to your MFP guidance. You workout a ton, eat right. Lose poundage. Then one day you workout for like 2 hours, your heart rate monitor tells you that you burned (net) 2200 calories.
