Okay guys, It's Freshers week at University and I'm going to be drinking. What is the best alcoholic drink for dieters? I've been on the Malibu and Diet Coke (Can't do vodka), but is there anything I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated and soon 'cause i'm going out in like half an hour!

Hey guys, I was just wondering if you lift heavy weights, how important is it to incorporate cardio into your workouts? At the moment i'm on about 35 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of weight training, but which is more important? I know cardio burns fat, but then the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn…

Knee pain?
I love running, I try to do at least two miles every day, but recently it's been becoming a bit of a problem. My legs hurt a little while i run and my knees really ache afterwards. Anyone got any ideas about what this could be and how I could solve the problem?

Anyone else looking to get a six pack?
So i'm about 5 foot 4 and around 125 lbs and i do about 200 sit ups a night (plus other muscle training exercises) and i jog every day for 1-2 miles depending on what other cardio i've done throughout the day.
