Day 1 Day 19
DAY 15 DAY 1 Okay, so i have just completed day 15, (day 5 level 2) of 30DS. And although i feel slightly better, the scales haven't really budged, and i'm not sure i can see a physical difference, can you?
I decided to start the 30DS yesterday! I already go to the gym, and have done for about 5 months. I weigh just under 9st, and i'm 5ft5. I would like to look more toned, and perhaps a little slimmer. Will this be helpful or is it more helpful if you have more to lose/tone up?
