ok...trying my best here but my knees are shot and any type of exercise that puts stress on them hurts like a mother. Thoughts to getting different types of cardio in would be helpful. I still walk. SW: 198 CW: 188 GW: 155

Lactose Intolerant
I've recently been diagnosed as being lactose intolerant. Even the smallest amount of dairy now makes me sick. Does anyone have ideas what I can do to make sure I get enough calcium beyond taking a calcium supplement. I've never been a great pill taker!

Feeling Good!!
WOO HOO!!!!! Lost 5 lbs!!! Feeling pretty good about the foods I'm eating. Honestly thought I wasn't going to lose anything because it felt like I was eating all the time! I'm sure its mostly water weight but I'll take it!
