  • Ok, I too have had issues with taking Vit D. I'm going to try the liquid and see if that helps me out! :)
  • I too sit at a computer for a majority of my day. When frustrated, I now go for a walk instead of grabbing a snack. Fresh air and getting away from the issues for a while works for me.

  • Need to lose about 40 lbs to meet my individual goal weight. It gets harder as it gets closer to that goal! I've plateaued this last 2 weeks and can understand frustration! I've lost 10 lbs so far!

  • Holding steady at 188 lbs for 5/19. Total of 10 lbs lost so far and feeling good! My honey has started to walk with me and the dogs in the evenings now that he has switched to days. Life is good!
