Kellogg's corn flakes
I just was adding KCF to my log, and according to the listing I saw there are 98 calories in 25 grams. That seems like a lot, so I went to the Kellogg's website and found that 25g is actually 25 cals. Moral of the story: if it seems strange, check it out.

Spam. The canned variety.
I just ate 100g of turkey spam for lunch, and MFP tells me it has no sodium and no cholesterol! How can this be?

fruit sugar
I've fixed my issue with fruit sugar always taking me over my sugar allowance! When I thought about it, sugar is nothing but carb, and carb is already being monitored. MY most recent NSV
Hey wow! I have collarbones!

a few small NSV's
This morning I am wearing a red knitted t-shirt dress without any "foundation" garments to keep everything in the right place. Also, I've just realized I'm no longer snacking after school. There is a HUGE pile of clothes in my sewing room that will need to be altered if I am ever going to wear them again.

fruit sugar
I live in a tropical country, where fruit and vegetables are available year round, and I try to eat lots of them. However, MFP suggests that I should eat only 28 grams of sugar per day, and if I eat an apple and some watermelon, I'm almost over! It leaves me no room for the sugars in other foods. I don't add sugar to food…
