Is there a page on the site that explains where its recommended caloric intake comes from, where the protein/sugar/iron intake comes from, etc.? I'm just curious. I'm a little nerdy and would like to read some of the professional articles on nutrition that at least this site deemed valuable.
Aurgh! There is no way there is enough time left in the season for everything that still needs to happen, to happen. (P.S.
