How does My Fitness Pal calculate its numbers?
Is there a page on the site that explains where its recommended caloric intake comes from, where the protein/sugar/iron intake comes from, etc.? I'm just curious. I'm a little nerdy and would like to read some of the professional articles on nutrition that at least this site deemed valuable.

Aurgh! There is no way there is enough time left in the season for everything that still needs to happen, to happen. (P.S. I was thinking 'Katie' is Unique/Wade, since that plot line showed up right around the time Ryder and Unique had that confrontation about gender. Now, I'm not so sure, though.) That is all.
