Weight Watchers Meetings?
Do any of you do weight watchers in-person meetings? I've done WW online before, but I prefer MFP (and MFP is free). But my health insurance would cover in-person WW meetings, and I'm wondering if there would be some benefit to the weekly meetings and weigh-ins. I'm interested in your experiences and anecdotes.

Back after a Hiatus, Would Like Friends! (I'm ~23 years old,

What are some foods you guys eat that fill you up on calories without being packed with sugar and sodium? Add-on question: if your…

Hiya! I'm new
Hey everyone! My name's Meghan (clearly enough  ) and I'm new here. I've had a lifelong battle with weight which has gone in good and bad directions (think "feast or famine") at different points in my life. I'm hoping that finding a community, and having some semi-public accountability, will help me stay on a…
