So in my diary it usually says I have -7 or -20 sometimes of my daily amount of polyunsaturated fat. is this bad for me? what types of food contain this?

I am going out for dinner on my birthday and I was wondering if it would ruin my diet if I were to treat myself to some spaghetti carbonara and a cookie from subway? I know it is quite bad for you but I was wondering if it will impact my weight loss much?
