I ate a tossed salad today which I brought home from church last night. I didn't make it so I'm exactly sure what was in it. But from observation it was shredded lettuce, red cabbage, celery and cherry tomatoes. I can pretty much even determine how much of each was in my bowl. But how would I calculate the calories, etc.…
