Calculating Mixed Food

I ate a tossed salad today which I brought home from church last night. I didn't make it so I'm exactly sure what was in it.
But from observation it was shredded lettuce, red cabbage, celery and cherry tomatoes. I can pretty much even determine how much of each was in my bowl. But how would I calculate the calories, etc. for each of those? I can't be the only one whose run into this dilemma. Same thing for Jambalaya which had chicken, sausage (not sure if it was Turkey or what, pretty sure it was Turkey tho) and dirty rice. I found Popeye's Jambalaya and Biscuits on here, but not sure if that's even close. I don't have a way of just plugging in Jambalaya and plug in oh say, 400 calories for the amount piled on my plate next to the salad. I am asking all this because I would like to be honest if I'm going over my limit and thought I'd ask the question most of those just starting out on this might want to ask. Thanks for all of your help, too.

I create a recipe. You can add each individual ingredient, the amounts and how many it served. For your salad you would just choose the ingredients, the amounts and 1 serving. Then you add it to your diary.0

Thanks, Nikki.
I didn't know you could create a whole recipe. I'll do that with the spagetti sauce I altered tonight. I'm trying first to find out how many calories, etc. are in what I'm currently eating. Then see if I can cut back on that and/or find some good alternatives. Thank you for your response. Have a blessed day. Like your part about 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.' Very nice. Tom0
