Changing Macros
Is it possible to change the macros which MFP calculates? I'm a 62 yr old female, fairly sedentary [retired] with exercise limited to 30 min walks several times weekly. Currently my daily macros are as follows: 178 g carbs, 47 g fat, 71 g protein. I'm wondering if the protein is too high? Many thanks in advance for advice.
