Iv been having trouble with my digestive functions for about 2 weeks now. can this put a stop to my weight loss? iv tried several things but it isnt helping and my weight doesnt want to go down anymore even though im still eating healthy and exercising, help??

NEED ADVICE ON DIET
I'm kinda stuck in a rut iv only lost about 10pounds and have another 20 to go. Dont know what diet to follow as i think iv hit what they call the weightloss plateaux. Please help ive got my wedding to look good for. :sad:

Hey ive been dieting strictly for about a month and a half now and ive lost about 10pounds. but now it seems ive stopped losing altogether. The last week or so there has been no change in my weight and im getting discouraged. im getting married in less than 5 months and still have another 20 pounds to lose. Any tips for me?
