So I decided to work out at 6.30 am today, and started off on an empty stomach. About 20 minutes in I felt faint and had to give up. Do you have breakfast before working out? Do you eat some fruit? How long do you leave between eating and starting the workout? Thanks!
Hi all, I'm a 35-yr-old mum, trying to get fit after quitting smoking 4 months ago. I am 65 kg and hope to drop to at least 60... I exercise with Jillian Michaels videos 6 times a week and also a bit of swimming while my son has swimming lessons. Is there anyone else out there from Greece?
