Newbie and confused/frustrated
Hi everyone! I am new to this and am struggling. It's not to lower calories but to actually meet calorie intake. I almost reach my 1200 then I log in just some of my exercises and boom I have to eat more. I used to eat only 1 meal a day. To go from 1 meal to 3 + 2 snacks is severly pushing it. Anybody else go through this?…
