Starting Dukan Diet...
So I gave it a lot of thought, and I have decided to go on the Dukan Diet (I read the book and everything). I don't include any organ or red meats in my diet. Its just white meats, seafood, and soy. Subway Switch Up.
There is a 24 hour Subway nearby our campus and I need some variety since I go there so often. I was hoping for some different flavors and I do not eat red meat. I usually grab a 6'' oven baked chicken on honey oat. Any alternatives for my taste buds that are under 300-350 cal? Thanks!

Right before my first year of college, I lost a good 10 lbs. and I was looking really good but, as soon as college started...the freshman fifteen began to creep on me.
