Hi everyone. I've been looking at the exercise tab trying to figure out how to log in accurate exercise. I know it's all an estimate but does anyone know a better way then..guessing what speed you were walk/jogging at? I'm doing a 3 mile event on saturday and was wondering the best way to log it in.
