Hi everyone.
I've been looking at the exercise tab trying to figure out how to log in accurate exercise. I know it's all an estimate but does anyone know a better way then..guessing what speed you were walk/jogging at? I'm doing a 3 mile event on saturday and was wondering the best way to log it in.

I think for something like that, without a HRM, you have two options: 1. Figure out the average per mile based on your overall time. So, let's say you do the 3 miles in 30 minutes, that's a 10 minute mile, on the average, even though you may have vary in paces in there, so you could enter it that way. 2. If you have a smart phone of some sort, you could download and app like Map My Run or Runkeeper and keep your phone with you. It will track your route and keep track of your pace. It will also give you a calories burn estimate (at least Map My Run does, I use that.)0
