Weight question.
I just started my fitness pal about 3 weeks ago.. Within that time I have lost 3lbs is that a normal amount of weight to lose? Or should I be losing more? I'm 5'2" and 222 lbs.. I went on a "diet " last year and lost 50 lbs but have up and gained it all back.. I was doing no carbs so there was no way I felt I could stick…
