girls only!!! advice for those time of the months
Hey ladies! I'm getting a go at this again because it is something I truly enjoy and truly want to do. I noticed in the past I've slacked on working out about the time of my monthly cycle. Wanting to eat candy and chocolate and stomach cramping and just plain being to tired to workout. Does any of you have advice for me?

morning workouts
How many people here get up earlier than normal to workout? How was it starting out? Do you enjoy it better than night workouts? I want to workout in the mornings because I know it will give me energy for the day but I enjoy my sleep and because of that reason, I workout at nights. I heard somewhere that it is better and…
