I'd be happy with 5, but that is me with my screwy body. So for a start, work up to a one-mile a day walk, anywhere! Put the kidling in the stroller and walk around the park, parking lot, whereever. Find YouTube and look up routines such as Tae Bo, La Blast, Belly Dance, etc, then buy a dvd or two and get staryted! Let's…
