I'm stuck between heavy exercise or moderate excerise activity level. I'm a male, 5'7, 162 pounds. I work out 5 days a week 45 minutes of resistance strength training. Any suggestions? I want to use this to optimize my weight loss.
I'm confused about how much I should eat and if I should eat back the calories burned. My TDEE says I need 2800 to maintain, and since I'm trying to lose weight ill eat around 2300. So how much should I eat back after I workout. If my workout burns 500 calories, I would need to eat 2800 calories?
So within two months I lost about a good 17 lbs relatively quickly. I'm assuming its water retention? However, I have not been losing any more weight and I think I've hit a plateau.
