Thanks Alberta. I guess I should be sticking back to carbs because I also do heavy lifting program. But won't this mean I will gain alot of water weight throughout the day from water retention in muscles and carbs?

Hmmm is there any other way? Lol. I do around 15 minutes of cardio for some warm up and spend 45 minutes lifting weights.

I used scooby and it gave me the same amount of 2800 Tdee

Thanks for the replies. I have some more questions. Is fitness frog a reliable source to calculate TDEE? And I'm not sure how much percentage I should use ( 15-20%). Can't I just minus 500 from my TDEE. So I would lose 1lb a week? 500x7= 3500

Well I'm sticking to high protein and low carbs diet. The only carbs I usually eat are fruits and vegetables. In the mornings I would have carbs such as bread and cereal or sweet potato.
