What is my activity level?

Options
I'm stuck between heavy exercise or moderate excerise activity level. I'm a male, 5'7, 162 pounds. I work out 5 days a week 45 minutes of resistance strength training. Any suggestions? I want to use this to optimize my weight loss.

To be really accurate, you could wear a heart weight monitor for all your workouts in a week, add them up (along with other exercise such as walks) and add it to your BMR.

Hmmm is there any other way? Lol. I do around 15 minutes of cardio for some warm up and spend 45 minutes lifting weights.

I would say just to use moderate, since you want to maximize weight loss, go with the one that gives you less calories.

From my numbers, they werent that off from eachother.

Depending on what you do the rest of the day, I'd say light or moderate actually... If you sit all day, light, IMO.
