Has anyone ever used these? I read an article that using these walking will give your body a similar effect as running as in the calorie burn. So I read more on it and some many articles with that they are good to use and some saying they are not. So I dont really know what to think
100 calorie vanilla greek yogurt + PB2 or natural creamy PB + 2-3 drops of vanilla extract = absolute pb yogurt heaven As a dessert my boyfriend will crumb alittle granola on top. I do alittle bit of crumbed graham cracker. Also I put my yogurt in the freezer for about 30 mins.
