100 calorie vanilla greek yogurt PB2 or natural peanut butter 1-2 drops of vanilla extract You can add granola on top or crumbled graham cracker. It tastes like pb yogurt. I put mine in the freezer so it tastes more like ice cream

my dad said the same thing to me when i was all excited i could feel my calf muscles! i dont care what they say you can't always feel your calf muscle. so i share the same awesome feeling as you! work those calf muscles girl! :)

i am 5'10".. and im currently at 251. My highest weight was 276. I'd be happy at 200 by the end of this year. My ideal weight would be between 160-170.
