Feeling lightheaded on 1200 calories a day
My target is set at 1200 calories and I am generally either hitting that or going over by around 100 - 200 calories. I have been losing weight (7lbs in 3 weeks) a bit quicker than I thought I would. I'm exercising moderately and if I'm hungry I eat because I can't bear being hungry. I always eat back my exercise calories.…
