Are your carb macros a result of your calorie intake? Can you change them if you want to try low carb and still hit your macros?
Hi All! I'm hosting a Valentine's Day party on Saturday night for 8 - 10 people. Any ideas for low cal appies and desserts? So far I'm thinking of chicken shish-ka-bobs; Beet, cabbage and apple salad; and maybe an angel food cake with raspberries for dessert. I'd love to hear other ideas. Thanks so much! :heart:
