Help with eating more low-carb calories?
I'm eating low-carb (PCOS with insulin resistance, but not diabetic... yet) and I'm gluten free. I eat mostly Paleo with some unsweetened Greek yogurt added in. 5'1, 116, 3 weeks postpartum after a 2nd trimester loss.
