I just started Ripped in 30, and I want to enter it into my exercise, but I don't know how. Would it just be 24 mn of aerobics? It's really intense so I feel like that wouldn't be accurate, and I also don't want to go in and enter each move and the duration of said move individually. Any advice? Anyone else doing this?
Help! I am trying to figure out my BMR but lots of sites tell me different things and I don't know how many calories I should be consuming.
