Has anyone tried this approach, what is it exactly, and are there good results? Should I spend the money to learn about it?
I carry most of my weight in the stomach area, I am approx 230lbs and I am looking to target my stomach fat. I've got a long way to go before my abs will be visible so I am not looking for toning exercises but fat burning.
