What's the difference between lifting as much as I can, for fewer reps/sets and lifting a moderate amount for longer sets? Plateau Patience
I know there are many ways and opinions for breaking through a plateau in weight loss, but does anyone think you should just continue doing what was working until that point? Can you just wait it out until your body decides you aren't wasting away and speeds your metabolism up again? Is that just a wish on my part??

Prefered activity monitoring/syncing with MFP
What do you use to monitor your activity and exercise (fitbit, jawbone UP)? Does it sync with MFP (reliably)? Are you happy with it? Is it worth it to pay for one of the devices that monitors sleep as well? Thanks for your thoughts
