Omnitrition Info Needed!
I purchased the Omni Drops, Omni IV vitamins, and Nite Lites. I'm just curious how often I'm supposed to take the Omni IV. And, should I start the diet on a new day in the Morning, and should I take the Omni IV, and Nite Lites during the two loading days, or not until the first day of phase 2? Thanks!
