I purchased the Omni Drops, Omni IV vitamins, and Nite Lites.
I'm just curious how often I'm supposed to take the Omni IV.
And, should I start the diet on a new day in the Morning, and should I take the Omni IV, and Nite Lites during the two loading days, or not until the first day of phase 2?
Thanks!

Hi there. I took Omni in the summer. After 2 weeks it stopped working for me & made me very sick & it took me almost 3 months to recover. But thats just ME. I'm not going to tell u it's bad because people have great success including my friend who has been off it for months & still looks great. I can answer 1 question & that would be its best to start fresh in the morning. U need to join a good support group. Mine was a big group & it sucked. Any questions asked the admins felt they were threatening to the product & would delete without telling the poster. But being in a group is important because they can answer your questions. When all else fails call customer service they were very helpful when the group admins didn't allow the members to help me.
I wish u the best of luck because it can work. I've seen the success.0 -
Have fun with that. *Shakes head*.0

Read the instructions.
Other than that, I agree with the chuck it out comment. Eat well and exercise and you will reach your weight loss goals.0 -

Send it back in and get your money back. This diet landed me on heart monitors and under a physician's care for some time. To add insult to injury, the weight all came back even though I was still eating a low amount of calories and it changed my body shape. Once I got back to my original size, those clothes that I wore comfortably before were too tight. It was very apparent that I had lost muscle and gained fat.0
