loose 22 pounds and make new friends/support 1200 cal diet
Hi People I am tipping the scales at 11.7 stone. I am looking to loose 2 stone. I have failed many times over many years. I am 5ft 5 also and my calories are set at 1200 a day. I would like to make new friends on this also and I would like to know if such a 1200 calorie diet would work in loosing in weight. Regards
