What am I doing wrong?!
I am so frustrated, I haven't lost a pound in 3 weeks! I am 28 & 144lbs and 5ft5. I've been on MFP for 8 weeks on 1200 'clean' calories a day and I exercise 4 times a week (1 strength, 1 stretch -ashtanga yoga, 2 intense cardio -spinning & running).
