Hello all! I just need a good kick in the butt to keep myself going to the gym and eating better when I crave junk food! I am 17 weeks pregnant and have been lacking motivation so help. Please and thank you.
I just joined MFP and really looking forward to tracking my food and workouts! I'm not trying to lose weight because I'm 9 weeks pregnant. I just want to make sure that I start being disciplined now. I look forward to everyone's support in this journey!!!
