Hello all! I just need a good kick in the butt to keep myself going to the gym and eating better when I crave junk food! I am 17 weeks pregnant and have been lacking motivation so help. Please and thank you.

    first of all... CONGRATS ON THE PREGNANCY! feel free to add me if you like. Staying true to a healthy diet during cravings can be the worst! but it's possible AND it's great for you and the little bundle of joy :)
