Hi MFPs! I just committed to going to Mexico in May for a wedding, which means my goal needs to be hit a month early! Right now I'm at 174 and I'm hoping to be down to 150 by May 20th, when we leave. HELP!
I'm usually so very good at sticking to my diet, but for some reason, I'm hungry, hungry, HUNGRY today. I didn't under-eat yesterday, nor did I do an extreme workout yesterday or today. Any tips for avoiding eating way too many calories? Or something that'll satisfy me without too many calories? Thanks :)

24/MN looking for workout buddy/motivation!
I'm new here, after using other sites for a year or so. I've lost 70 lbs in the last year and a half and I have about 25-30 to go. I'm looking for motivating friends and tips along the way! If you know of any great groups for my age range, or weight loss goal, please let me know!
