Can I think of fats the same way as sugars?
Like a lot of us on here, I typically go over on my sugars due to the amounts of it in fruit, so I am okay with that. Can I think of fats the same way? Is it okay if I go a little over as long as they are on the healthier side (olive oil, nuts, etc. vs (forgive me because I really like them also, but...) bacon fat, butter,…
