  • Yes. They earn waitress/waiter salary's (less than half of what minimum wage is). I just round up to the nearest dollar and tell them to keep the change (ex. If the bill is $7.63, I give them $8.00).
  • ^^^This is GENIUS!^^^
  • I LOVE Leslie Sansone! She was my springboard to building up my stamina and continuing before getting bored and quitting. Started with her 2 mile DVDs and built up to her 5 milers. I just wish she had even more!
  • It doesn't matter when you eat/when you stop for the day. Just as long as you keep within your calories. Some people like to have those limits so they won't be tempted to let the after dark snack attack attack. Just play around with it and stick with what works best for you. :-)
  • My favorite way at the moment is mixing it with plain Greek yogurt. The trick is to add some type of sweetener to it to counter the sourness of the plain Greek yogurt. Try different ratios to find what you like. What I like is 3/4 cup yogurt, 3 tbs of PB2, and 2 packets of sweetener.

  • I used to... but over time I realized that this is also about changing my eating patterns for the rest of my life. I don't plan on measuring out everything and staying home to eat for the rest of my life, so I might as well start learning how to make adjustments/be comfortable now by going out to eat occationally. I don't…
  • Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can no longer feel guilty tearing open those little blue packets to sweeten things!
  • <<Raises her hands! I sooooooooo want to do the C25K, but living out in the country, my cell phone doesn't get service in areas where I would have to be jogging. Hoping to switch providers when my contract is finally up in January and hopefully can do it then. If not, I'll keep doing what I'm doing and shuffle around on my…
  • Thanks all! benol1, thanks, I know you're right, but I'm asking for all the HRM non users. I tend to underestimate the exercise calories and overestimate the food calories on here which has worked pretty good for me so far. trin8ty75, thanks, now I will have a guesstimation of what to put in.
  • Welcome! Yes, exercise helps to get in shape and help with a healthy body, but I will admit I mainly exercise for the extra calories. I don't even enjoy working out that much, but I find that I actually dread my "rest" day because I can't eat as much to stay at a deficit. So, fit what exercise you can in…
  • You're still here, so think of that as a success. Maybe the reason that no one has responded to your question yet is because they have given up and don't even log on here anymore. Also, I think it's awesome that you continue to lose despite life's ups and downs and haven't (like most people) gained the weight back plus…
  • I'm a non-scaler also!!! The scale and I have an understanding... I don't mess with it and it doesn't mess with me. We are both much happier that way.
  • Hi! Just click on anyone's profile pic and you'll see where to friend request them.
  • Thank you for the great idea! I was just thinking yesterday how much plain Greek yogurt (Chibani) tastes like buttermilk (that distinguishing sour taste), so I think it would be great with a ranch seasoning packet. Was planning on going to the store today any way, so am going to pick some up and try it tonight.
  • Agreed if eaten by itself, but mix in 2 tablespoons into a half a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt... YUM!
  • Three things I've done with it... 1. Yogurt, frozen banana, 2-3 tablespoons of PB2 in a blender. 2. Yogurt, a container of sugar free jello chocolate pudding, teaspoon of cocoa blended 3. Yogurt, splash of vanilla, 2-3 tablespoons of PB2 blended P.S. sweeten with stevia, honey, etc. to taste
  • Get plain or vanilla and add a serving of PB2 (2 tablespoons only 45 calories). Yum!
  • Hi! People are probably going to throw out the quick/generic... Nuts, avocado, Greek yogurt, chicken breast, eggs, peanut butter, but to get a true sense of what people are eating, look around for people with open food diaries. I know that doesn't give you anything specific, but hopefully it will lead you to it.
  • Yes, it probably is water weight. Wait a couple of days before getting on the scale again(and what you already know... Drink lots of water to help flush out the sodium). When I have a hard time getting back into the routine again, I find just going on a simple/leisurely walk really helps. It makes my body feel good…
  • Hi and welcome! I haven't used WW, but I have noticed others with your exact question. Since you're new and not to familiar with the site yet, you probably haven't noticed the "Search" option. Just type in WW and/or Weight Watchers (or other key words you're curious about) and it should lead you to past posts with other…
  • Hi! No, I'm still hanging in there, but I wanted to stop and congratulate you for knowing where you feel comfortable. I hope I can be as calm/reflective about it when I get to that point. I don't have a specific weight number in mind, I do know the size cloths I would like to fit into. When I get there, I'll have to…
  • Congrats! I would get something permanent to remind me (a mani/pedi is for just one day, new cloths go out of style). You've earned something more lasting. How about diamond solitaire earrings? A half carat in each ear (.50 carat + .50 carat = 1.00 carat for the 100 pounds you lost! :-)). Or if you can afford it, a 1.00…
  • Hi! Lol... I'm not sure either, but I did notice that at the top of the "Success Stories" forum there is a permanent post of "How to post a picture." Hope that helps. Can't wait to see you success pic(s). Congrats on your great weight loss!
  • Bump due to it's accurateness!

  • +2 Although I am wondering where the BOTTOM of the croissant went??? Slathered with butter and honey for dessert?
  • The scale and I have an understanding... I don't mess with it and it doesn't mess with me. We're both much happier this way. My cloths tell me what I need to know.
  •     Bumping for others to enjoy!
  • Bump because it's so good!
