So I started MFP a few months ago and lost 11lbs, I was really feeling good about my progress. Then baseball started for my son and I went from working out 4-5 times a wk to maybe 1-2 and not eating very healthy with 3 games a wk. I gained back 7lbs:( and I am determinded to get back on track.
